Higher Technical Qualifications are designed for students aged over 18 who want to study a subject to prepare them for skilled jobs and also aimed at adults looking to retrain or upskill.

PAL has been recognised by Ofqual to deliver Level 5 Coaching technical qualifications and the goal is for first teaching of our HTQ from September 2026 (following ifATE / Skills England approval).
