This policy outlines the circumstances under which Professional Assessment Ltd (PAL) withdraws its end-point assessment services from any organisation with which we have a contract to deliver our qualification and assessment services. The policy also outlines the action an organisation should take if it wishes to terminate its contractual arrangements with PAL.
