The purpose of this policy is to describe the two-phased enquiry and appeals process and the steps to take when submitting an enquiry or appeal. The policy applies to End-point Assessment, Apprenticeship Assessments, including Centre Assessments and Qualifications where delivered by approved PAL Centres.
