At PAL, we have officially launched our ‘Here to Help’ service to give anybody involved in apprenticeships or WBL access to our team of experts during the COVID-19 outbreak.

We thought long and hard about what we have to offer and how we can support the sector at this extraordinary time. This dedicated line is available to all providers, employers and apprentices for friendly advice and guidance on how the Coronavirus outbreak impacts things. You don’t have to be a PAL client to use this service, we’re happy to take your call!

A message from our Managing Director, Linda Martin: 

“With so many unique situations at the moment, it’s important that information, advice, guidance is accessible for training providers and employers and we’re keen to support that. Our team is also able to support apprentices if they need some reassurance or advice about their end-point assessment options. We want people to know we’re here to help. Not everyone will need technical advice, but isolation can be difficult for all sorts of reasons so just pick up the phone and we’ll be happy to chat to you!”
